– Charm items with click effects can now be activated from bags and inventory. This includes both Skulls of Null.
– – The convert button will remain on the Skulls of Null for the people that may not have fixed their broken versions.
– Updated the name of the items and recipes for the consolidated Fereth armors.
– Altered the visual appearance of Ancient Gaffi of Trorsmang and Veltar’s Staff of Tranquility.
– The Mirror Fragment of Anashti Sul will now only transport you if you are in a Broken Mirror zone.
– Suits of Hero’s Forge armor now link to the reward window which allows for inspecting their individual pieces without unpacking the suits.
– Bottle of Shared Adventure effects can now land on you even if you have an existing single-target experience enhancing effect active. These effects do not stack with each other — only the most powerful one will affect your experience.

– Replaced Platinum Geode Necklace in the Jewelcraft Tradeskill Tests with Jaded Velium Ring.
– Fixed the Tradeskill Test quests so the required turn-ins match the required recipes.

– Journey Into Terror – **Read Carefully** Crestra will accept Crestra’s Empowered Elegant Earring for the final turn in, BUT they will only return Crestra’s Elegant Earring. You will not get the raid version back. You will not get a Flawless Conflagrant Diamond.
– Drusella’s Vault – Added a popup message when Drusella heads to a raid member’s location. Drusella’s aura will no longer damage NPCs.
– The Sathir Line – Added a popup message when Drusella chases a raid member. Added a popup message when Venril levels his gaze at a raid member.
– The Plane of Fear: Revisited and The Plane of Hate: Revisited again allow mercenaries.
– Fell Foliage (Mission) – The Atrocious Succulent will no longer spawn burgeoning succulents.
– Measure of the Dead – The energy collection elements will no longer reset if you have already completed the earring combine.
– Anashti Sul, Enslaver of Souls (Group) – Fixed a bug that caused the Enraged Guardian of Sul to be much harder than intended.
– In Defense of Health – Corrected issues with the strength of some NPCs being too high. Fixed a spawn that could spawn a raid NPC in the Heroic Adventure.
– Plane of Health raids – Set many non-boss NPCs to the correct difficulty rating.
– Crypt of Sul Heroic Adventures – Fixed a spawn with a bad encounter that could lead to an NPC 7 levels higher than the highest player in the adventure.
– End of Empire (Raid) – The bonus chest that drops ornamentation will no longer move after it is opened.
– Kragsmash – The speed of body and strength of body adds will now assist Kragsmash more reliably. The adds will despawn if the boss has been slain.
– Sverag, Stronghold of Rage – Characters with the Hero’s Challenge will once again be offered a chance to get into the instance.
– Plane of War – Adjusted the appearance of the colossi that offer transportation to Narikor.
– Bastion of Thunder – After the defeat of Emmerik Skyfury, Askr the Lost will now send you to Karana’s chamber rather than opening the Chaotic Vortex to do so.
– Fixed an issue that would prevent you from obtaining some cultural tasks if you had other unrelated tasks such as ‘Will It Live?’.
– Ancient Heroes – Lord Nagafen – King Tranix, Warlord Skarlon, and Magus Rokyl have returned to this Old Man McKenzie mission.

*** Spells ***

– Corrected a typo in the message you see when attempting to teleport to an anchor that doesn’t exist.
– Spells with multiple damage values will now correctly report the total damage done.
– Form of Darkness now fades on zoning.
– Druid and Shaman – The Regeneration line of spells will now increase in power as you gain levels up to level 80.
– Enchanter – Lowered the damage, efficiency, and mana return of the Mind Shatter line of Damage over Time spells. The line has been added to a shared timer and has a recast delay.
– Enchanter – Lowered the damage and efficiency of the Suffocating Sphere and Baffling Constriction lines of Damage over Time spells.
– Shadowknight – Moved Mental Corruption from Utility Detrimental->Combat Innates to Utility Beneficial->Combat Innates since it provides a buff.

*** AA ***

– Beastlord – Fixed a bug that prevented Frenzied Swipe from being purchasable.
– Berserker – Fixed a bug with rank 5 of Screaming Axes that caused Screaming Fury II to grant less haste than was intended.
– Shadowknight – Fixed errors in the descriptions for ranks 25-26, 40-41, and 45 of Leech Touch.

*** NPCs ***

– Fixed a bug that prevented charmed NPCs and pets from returning items that they will not equip.
– NPCs will be more responsive when returning items they do not want.
– Seer Mal Nae`Shi’s dialogues can now be clicked instead of having to type the correct response.

*** Progression Servers ***

– Changed the requirements to create alchemy distillate potions to be relative to equivalent player spell power within the era.
– Echo of Sebilis will despawn if it spawns before Gates of Discord is open.
– Temple of Veeshan (Agent of Change) – Restored Lord Vyemm to the Temple of Veeshan where he is meant to reside.
– All Bottle of X items on the marketplace now use the quest reward window to grant an item appropriate to the current era and your level.
– Bottle of Spirits will be available on progression servers when Luclin opens.
– There is a new Bottle of Health Pack, Bottle of the Ursine Pack, Bottle of the Avian Pack, and Bottle of the Cetacean Pack. These offer versions of the potions where the effectiveness does not exceed the effectiveness of equivalent player spells. Once Veil of Alaris opens, they will offer the original more powerful potions.
– – Existing Bottle of Health Pack, Bottle of the Ursine Pack, Bottle of the Avian Pack, and Bottle of the Cetacean Pack items will not be removed from players.

*** Miscellaneous ***

– Corrected an issue that would cause beneficial damage over time spells (such as the Necromancer Lich line) to display damage messages to other players.
– Fixed an issue that would cause pets to lose all of their buffs when zoning if they had a large number of effects on them.
– Fixed several geometry bugs in The Breeding Grounds.
– Fixed the various Tier 6 heroic stat tribute benefits to grant the correct amount of the stat.
– Estimated dates and times of scheduled monthly updates are now visible on the in-game calendar.
– Fixed issues with the classic iksar 2-handed and range attack animations.
– Fixed the spelling of some momentos.

– Corrected an issue where AA hotbuttons were not properly saving their labels.
– Fixed a typo when trying to grant alternate advancement abilities over the advancement point limit.
– Improved the resolution for spell icons when used for hotbuttons.
– Fixed an issue in the Bazaar where various Dragons of Norrath spells would try to sell for crystals instead of platinum.
– Holding an item on your cursor and left clicking a hotbutton that is red or linked to that item will autoinventory the item.
– Old hotbuttons linked to items will now look up their name.
– Corrected an issue where hotbuttons pointing to an item with 0 charges would stop working.

– Adjusted the base modification of Jeweled Skull of Null to make the stats closer to the group version if you have completed no Veeshan’s Peak raids.
– Procs on weapons can now activate if the item has a click cooldown that is different from the spell activated on a proc.
– Removed the small knockback from Rain of the Overthere on Hoarded Worker Sledgemallet and Jeweled Hoarded Worker Sledgemallet.
– New player starting tunics can no longer be traded and have no value.
– Fixed the spelling of Deathseeker on three items.

– Fixed a problem where combine failures were not always returning the tools used.

– End of Empire (Mission and Raid) – Fixed a bug that could cause the Unhammered and No Outbreaks achievements to fail when they should not.
– Hoshkar (Ring of Scale) – Smoothed out the intervals at which Hoshkar casts his spells. They should no longer cast at the same time.
– Balance of Power (Raid) – Fixed an issue that would prevent completion of the Ghosted achievement.
– Fell Foliage (Mission) – Lowered the maximum number of players allowed in this mission to 6.
– Jondin’s Fern Flower quest can now be completed.
– Crypt of Sul Heroic Adventures – Removed some NPCs that should not have spawned in these missions.
– Reduced the level of many Heroic Adventure NPCs. This mostly affects rares in The Broken Mirror.
– Vex Thal – Bosses will now tether in the Agent of Change instances.
– Vex Thal – Akhevan Warders will again banish people.
– Vex Thal – Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra will no longer tether if it gravity fluxes.

*** Spells ***

– Detrimental beam spells no longer attempt to hit many types of invalid targets such as friendly NPCs (including pets), auras, and invulnerable NPCs. Beneficial beam spells now include friendly NPCs (including pets), and exclude enemy NPCs and players.
– Spell/Tome reward sets from Ring of Scale will now hide abilities you have already memorized when you view them. If you have used a tablet or symbol before this change but not selected a reward you will have to reuse the tablet or symbol to do so.
– Moved all melee timers up one ID in order to fix several timing issues with procs.
– Bard – Corrected an issue where certain songs would attempt to begin playing twice.
– Druid – Corrected the description of Chill of the Wildtender.
– Druid – Reduced mana costs on most DoT spells to better reflect the damage they do.
– Ranger – Strength of the Wildstalker should now prevent the same or lower ranks of Brell’s Blessed Bastion from landing.
– Shaman – Increased the damage on Curse of Sisslak so that it is an upgrade to Bane as intended. Increased damage on higher level spells in the Blood of Saryrn DoT line as a result.
– Shaman – Lowered mana costs on most spells in the combined DoT lines. Fast (two tick duration) DoTs are all more efficient than their parent spells.
– Warrior – Corrected the descriptions for the Scowl line of abilities.

*** AA ***

– Magician – Fixed a bug where rank 1 of Frenzied Burnout only increased 1-Hand Blunt damage rather than all melee damage.
– All – Quick Draw has been refunded.

*** NPCs ***

– NPCs will no longer summon or cast spells on the corpses of players who are hovering.
– Reduced the level of many Heroic Adventure NPCs. This mostly affects rares in The Broken Mirror.
– Encounters that have a 100% chance to generate a rare now have a delay before they will spawn. These encounters now have a respawn variance as well.
– Veeshan’s Peak (Ring of Scale) – Changed the factions used by NPCs in the zone to be distinct from the faction in the original Veeshan’s Peak. Faction loss for killing the Denizens of Veeshan’s Peak will be heavy. They do not like when mortals kill their kin.
– Overthere (Ring of Scale) – Corrected the spelling of Fereth.
– Mercenary Liaison NPCs now have a more consistent category name and spelling.
– In the Tower of Frozen Shadow, killing an enraged vampire on floor 7 will no longer spawn Cara Omica on floor 4.
– Only one instance of Champion Ultharas will be active at one time in Arcstone.
– Ice goblins in Permafrost now have more varied names. Corrected a problem that could prevent some ice goblins from spawning if there were too many active elsewhere.

– Recipes for Golden Idols and alchemy Distillates now require Shadows of Luclin to be unlocked.
– Added an Agent of Change for Theater of Blood in Arcstone. The Twisted Harmonic Chime will still be needed to request and enter this instance.
– Some doors in Unrest will be locked on servers that have not yet unlocked Ruins of Kunark. You may need to find the key or bring a rogue proficient with lock picks.
– – These keys will no longer drop on servers that have unlocked Ruins of Kunark.

*** Miscellaneous ***

– Fixed an issue that would cause the game to crash when entering Arx Mentis, Chapterhouse of the Fallen, and the Breeding Grounds.
– Fixed an issue that was causing collection or tradeskill task steps to fail outside of specific zones.
– Many original EverQuest zones have had their experience modifier adjusted for balance reasons and/or to encourage variety in leveling.

– Fixed a bug where merchants would mix up the singular and plural name of currencies when buying and selling items for alternate currencies.
– Fixed an issue where the Window Selector would not open the map.

– Fixed several problems with Ring of Scale items. See the Items section below for details.
– Many UI features are no longer expansion restricted on Progression Servers including but not limited to: clicking items from bags, bandolier, blocking spells, and the quest journal.

*** Items ***

– Items that can be converted will now always show the conversion preview link when inspected. Previously this link could only be seen if the item was in your inventory.
– Containers that can be converted must now be empty of all items before they will process the conversion.
– Lore is now enforced in the item recovery system. The recover tab in the merchant window will no longer allow for the storage of multiple items in the same lore group. Destroying an item while another in the same lore group exists in the recover tab will not add the most recently destroyed item to the recover tab.
– Fixed the spell types on Crasher to allow the Remote Healing Blessing V proc to function.
– Skull of Null is now All/All and a charm slot item. Fixed the shielding effect. Changed the click spell to Annul Magic.
– The Mask of Monstrosity from the Plane of Mischief now casts Illusion: Ogre instead of Chill Sight.
– The Hoarded Worker Sledgemallet can be equipped in the primary slot instead of the charm slot.

– Typos in the following items were fixed: Dull Broadsword of Decay, Rust Venom, Tevik’s Vision, Forgeborn Shield, Tome of Tash, Spell: Illusion: White Bunny, and the spelling of Hoshkar in focus effects.
– Claiming an item without having the appropriate available inventory space should no longer result in losing both the item and the claim. Instead, either the item will be placed on your cursor or the claim will be restored.
– Race Change Scrolls will no longer remove spells in your spellbook unless you do not qualify to know them due to deity restrictions.

*** Tradeskills ***

– Salvage can now return all items that were used in the recipe regardless of how many items the recipe returns on failure. For example: failing to create a Conflagrant Fish Scale Sheet can now return between two and ten Conflagrant Fish Scale Swatches instead of just two.
– Changed the name of Conflagrant and Phlogiston Katar to Conflagrant and Phlogiston Claws. Renamed the appropriate recipes. Added the proper offhand look and modified the book Weapon and Shields of Combination to mention claws instead of a katar.

*** Quests And Events ***

– If you leave a shared task, you are no longer able to join a different instance of that task until the task you left ends.
– Drusella’s Vault (Raid) – It is no longer possible to trigger the raid by standing in the starting area near the room where the raid takes place.
– Balance of Power (Raid) – It should now be possible to receive the Foul Breath achievement.
– Balance of Power (Raid) – The death of the real High Arcron Ioulin will no longer despawn all adds in the raid.
– Balance of Power – (Raid and Mission) – The portals can no longer be opened like chests.
– End of Empire (Raid and Mission) – Fixed an issue where the Kar`Zok soldiers would sometimes not drop a Defender’s Shield. The Combine allies in this fight will no longer be selected when using cycle-target.
– Fell Foliage (Mission) – Removed the mechanic where Caktiikii teleports people into the ravine. Slowed the spawn rate of the adds and increased the number required for the boss to lock his HP by one.
– Fell Foliage (Mission) – Reduced the number of the same cactus adds needed to create the atrocious cactus from 5 to 3. Also fixed a bug that caused one too many to be needed to spawn the atrocious cactus.
– Removed zone restrictions from all of the collect steps of Crestra’s earring quests.
– Hoshkar – Cloud of Frailty and Massive Cloud of Frailty now debuff casting speed instead of buffing it. In addition, the slow debuff component now stacks with haste effects.
– Corrected the achievement references in the holiday events.
– Find Fibblebrap – Corathus – Bellfast will now offer his missions properly and will give you all of the information that he was originally intended to give.
– Dreadspire Keep – The statue in Dreadspire Keep that can be used to enter the Demi-Plane of Blood will now work properly in pick zones.
– Flight of the Seeker – It is no longer possible to accidentally kill The Seeker and fail the mission.
– The Master of Dreadspire – Hailing The Master of Dreadspire will reveal which answers you gave to Arturos, Irrissa the Seer, Ur-Koraag, and Ariahn Teller.
– The Master of Dreadspire – The Master of Dreadspire will now remember the top several players of his hatelist and resume attacking them after the Burst of Dawn effect from the Glimmering Dawnstone wears off.
– Porthio, the Second Born – The shared aggro between Porthio and Nightshade should work more reliably.
– Emperor Ssraeshza – Emperor is now tethered to his room.
– Most Vex Thal bosses now tether to their rooms.
– Legacy Heroic Adventures have received several tuning and functionality changes:
– – Heroic Adventure NPCs have lower stats at level 106+, compared to their January 2018 stats.
– – Spells cast by NPCs in Heroic Adventures scale in approximately the same way that the NPCs’ stats scale. For levels 101+ this was generally an increase.
– – Heroic Adventures stop scaling at the maximum level in the era they were introduced. For example, 15th anniversary and Call of the Forsaken errands released when the maximum level was 100, so even if there is a level 101+ player in the zone, the highest these adventures will scale is as if the max level player in the zone were level 100.
– – Heroic Adventures experience and point reward scaling have been adjusted to better reflect their difficulty.
– – Heroic Adventures daily quest experience and point reward scaling have been adjusted to better reflect their difficulty.

– Fixed a bug where some characters were unable to learn any new combat abilities.
– Corrected an issue where some spells erroneously displayed ‘begins to sing a song.<>’
– Berserker – Corrected the descriptions for the amount of hatred reduction on Jarring Jolt and Axe of Rekatok Jolt Effect.
– Cleric – Increased the AC granted by Armor of the Merciful slightly.
– Druid – Increased the AC granted by Arcronite Skin and Arcronite Blessing and adjusted stacking blockers so that they are no longer overwritten by Assurance.
– Druid – Increased the mana regeneration rate of Arcronite Skin to match Arcronite Blessing.
– Druid – Greatly reduced the damage of combined DoTs above level 70. The Flame Lick and Gelid Moonbeam lines have been further reduced in damage to reflect that they were not stackable before stacking groups were created.
– Shaman – Greatly reduced the damage of combined DoTs above level 70.

– Cleric – Fixed the description for rank 18 of Divine Retribution.
– Magician – Fixed a bug that caused Second Wind Ward to trigger Second Wind on the magician rather than their pet when their pet reached low health. Modified Second Wind to better coexist with other AC buffs.
– Paladin – Fixed a bug where ranks 35-37 of Lay on Hands would not reset on death like previous ranks.
– Rogue – Fixed the duration of ranks 22-23 of Rogue’s Fury.
– Wizard – Changed rank 11 of Evoker’s Synergy to trigger off of Shocking Vortex rather than Ethereal Braid.

*** NPCs ***

– Overthere and Skyfire (Ring of Scale) – NPC spells Aggressive Buffet, Irritating Spines, Rake, and Soul Drain no longer land through immunities. The Irritating Spines debuff’s duration has been reduced.
– Veeshan’s Peak (Ring of Scale) – NPCs should regard pets in the more common way now.
– Veeshan’s Peak (Ring of Scale) – Hard rares will respawn more slowly and will have a maximum of one power source.
– Xalgoz in Sathir’s Tomb has returned to his proper race.
– Lashun Novashine in Plane of Health has remembered what he wanted to say and should now respond properly.

– Frostfell phase 1 was extended and now runs until the end of the day on 12/20. Frostfell phase 2 picks up on 12/21.

– Corrected an issue that prevented detrimental effects from triggering when runes expired (such as in Polyrefractive Rune).
– Spells that stun or increase/decrease hate with your target will now be more likely to stack.
– – This should prevent abilities such as Hallowed Lodestar or spells like Impose for Honor from conflicting when used by multiple casters.
– Paladin – The Preservation of Tunare line of spells will now increase all hatred you generate while active.
– Magician – Increased the base cast time of Monster Summoning VI and later to 8 seconds.

– Bard, Enchanter – Fierce Eye can no longer be activated while Illusions of Grandeur is active and all ranks of Illusions of Grandeur now prevent Fierce Eye from overwriting it.
– Bard – Changed all ranks of Boastful Bellow to deal more damage initially and significantly more damage after 18 seconds. Scaled down the resist debuff component and added an endurance cost commensurate with the increased damage.
– Bard – Changed all ranks of Vainglorious Shout to function as a multi-target version of Boastful Bellow. This ability now shares a timer with Boastful Bellow.
– Bard – A new ability line named Sonic Disturbance has been created to augment the functionality changes to Boastful Bellow.
– Bard – Adjusted the stacking on Bladewhirl (the debuff triggered from Dance of Blades) to better coexist with other debuffs.
– Bard – Rallying Solo and Rallying Call (for bard targets) now function the same as Rallying Call for non-bard targets, increasing mana regeneration for the duration rather than restoring mana when the ability is first cast. – – Round kick can now be used starting at level 65; Feral Swipe is now a passive ability that adds an additional skill attack when using Round Kick.
– – Eagle Strike can now be used starting at level 70; Bite of the Asp is now a passive ability that triggers damage over time when using Eagle Strike.
– – Tiger Claw can now be used starting at level 70; Raven’s Claw is now a passive ability that triggers an additional skill attack and attack debuff when using Tiger Claw.

– Enchanter – Ranks 4-6 of Soothing Words now reduce the reuse time by 10 minutes per rank, rank 13 by 1 minute, bringing the final reuse time down from 20 minutes to 5 minutes.
– Enchanter – Reduced the armor class debuff on Waking Nightmares, the debuff component of Noctambulate, to better reflect NPC armor class values.
– Enchanter – Increased the range on Tashan’s Lingering Cry to ensure it lands at the maximum range that Tashan can be cast.
– Magician – Heart of Flames is no longer restricted to fire-based spells.
– Magician – Increased the duration of Heart of Flames, Vapor, Ice, and Stone as you purchase some ranks.
– Magician – Modified the damage focus component of Elemental Union to stack with Heart of Flames and reduced the damage focus percentage. Increased the duration of the ability at some ranks, added a critical chance increase for all ranks, and added a base mana cost increase component to the ability.
– Magician – Consolidated Elemental Ward to be ranks of Shield of the Elements. Reduced the initial reuse time of the ability, extended its duration, improved its stacking to better coexist with other spell and melee guard buffs, and scaled back the elemental damage reduction.
– Magician – Renamed Mana Reserve to Elemental Conversion. Removed the restriction that you must be below 20% mana to activate the ability. The ability now consumes health from your summoned companion in order to restore your mana.

– Monk – Reduced the initial reuse time of Imitate Death by 30 seconds.

– Bard – Increased the base attack and accuracy bonuses of all ranks of Quick Time and adjusted the spells so that they are no longer modified by instrument multipliers.
– Bard – Increased the base damage, armor class reduction, and slow components of all ranks of Bladewhirl. Reduced the resistance debuff components of the spells and removed the ability for instruments to modify them.
– Bard – Increased the damage granted by Troubadour’s Synergy.

– Fixed a bug with the Bridle of the Ursus Antonicus that allowed it to be used indoors.
– Reverted the names and icons of the items used to create the Hand of Glory.
– Horse Bridles that can be sold back to Galic Amondson in The Bazaar will now have description text indicating this fact:
– – Creatures that previously dropped Silken Bridles will now instead drop Ornate Silken Bridles.

– Hunter of The Plane of Valor – The rare creature previously named ‘a Lumbering Beast’ is now named ‘an Ungainly Beast’ to better differentiate it from the non-rare creatures that were also named ‘a Lumbering Beast’.
– Lost Dungeons of Norrath hostages will no longer warp to the person they’re following if the leader gets too far away. Instead, they will stop moving and wait for their leader to get closer.
– Access to Asylum of Anguish (Quest) – A Shrewd Dragorn no longer has a placeholder and is now guaranteed to spawn (in new locations) in all versions of the Dranik’s Hollows instances. He now carries six signets but will not respawn in the same instance.
– Celestial Fists (Quest) – Gwan should more reliably leave a corpse when slain.
– The Rescue (Quest) – Hailing Agilica will now properly cause the two Darkvine guard NPCs to spawn.
– Key to Veeshan’s Peak (Quest) – Quest hand-ins can no longer be multiquested.
– Fatestealer (Quest) – Moved a few of the potential spawn points for the Shapely Vegetation in Fungus Grove. The bad spawn points were inaccessible when the vegetation appeared underneath a fern.
– Access to Anguish (Quest) – The achievement Seal: Mastery of All will now complete reliably when all six Muramite Proving Grounds trials have been completed. It is no longer necessary to get a hidden 7th flag in order to get Anguish access.
– Relm M`Loch’s Delivery Service (Quest) – Relm M`Loch now casts Alter Plane: Sky instead of Alter Plane: Hate when teleporting an adventurer to the Plane of Sky.
– Mastery of Hatred Trial (Raid) – Voracious Ferans will not respawn during and after the event.
– Mastery of Endurance Trial (Raid) – The Ancients will not respawn during and after the event.
– Queen Velazul Di`Zok (Raid) – The warcasters once again cast Enveloping Smoke simultaneously. They now cast Electric Blast at staggered intervals.
– Kor-Sha Laboratory (Raid) – Fixed an issue that caused Aura of Kor-Sha to be applied (and then resisted) every minute on characters who had completed the Essence of the Dragon II achievement.
– The Summoning of Droga (Raid & Mission) – Droga will no longer count down towards consuming one of his priests unless there are actually priests up. This should make it easier and more reliable to earn the No Priests for You achievement.

– Paladin – Increased the cost of Harmonious Blessing and reduced the number of counters to 40. Reduced the hate added by Harmonious Illumination. Reduced the heal granted by Harmonious Light.
– Ranger – Reduced the amount of ATK added by Strength of Tunare to 60 to account for the innate amount of ATK that is granted by AA at level 62.
– Shadowknight – Increased the cost of Harmonious Disruption and reduced the number of counters to 40. Reduced the damage dealt by Precise Disruption. Reduced the range and healing amount of Disruptive Recourse. Reduced the hate added by Precise Disruption and Expansive Distraction.
– Warrior – Converted Flash of Anger so that it no longer has to buff you with a second ‘Flash of Anger Effect’ spell. Because two-handed stance negates the parry buff from this ability, you are now prevented from activating Flash of Anger while you are in that stance.
– Warrior – Increased the cost of Harmonious Expanse. Reduced the number of counters on Harmonious Expanse Effect to 40. Greatly reduced the hate added by Expansive Disharmony.
– Warrior – Increased the cost of Harmonious Precision. Reduced the number of counters on Harmonious Precision Effect to 40. Greatly reduced the hate added and damage done by Precise Disharmony. Greatly reduced the healing done by Harmonious Vigor.
– Warrior – Wade In to Battle will now fade after triggering 24 shouts, and the shouts will now incite less hatred in your foes.

– Paladin, Shadowknight – Changed Helix from an activated ability to a passive ability that is triggered when casting hate over time spells. Ranks 1-7 of Helix of the Undying have been consolidated into Improved Demand For Honor for Paladins and Improved Demand for Power for Shadowknights.
– Paladin, Shadowknight, Warrior – Made the following adjustments to Weapon Stances:
– – Defensive Proficiency: Reduced the defensive percentage on this stance from 20% to 12% and the shield block percentage from 15% to 10%.
– – Dual-Wielding Proficiency: Reduced the defensive percentage on this stance from 15% to 6% and added the 20% proc chance bonus (equivalent to Defensive Proficiency).
– – Two-Handed Proficiency: This stance now suppresses the effects of Combat Stability, reducing your effective armor class.
– Bard – Bards now gain the kick skill at level 17:
– – Changed Selo’s Kick to be a passive ability that will add an additional Kick attack to your Kick skill button presses.
– – Changed Frenzied Kicks to reduce the reuse timer of the Kick skill.
– – Changed the skill of the extra attack granted by Furious Refrain from Frenzy to Kick.
– Bard – Consolidated Sionachie’s Crescendo to be rank 7 of Reaching Notes and made all ranks of Reaching Notes into a toggled passive ability.
– Bard – Moved the attack enhancement component of Quick Time to prevent stacking conflicts with several other buffs.
– Bard – Rallying Call now consumes 75% of the mana and endurance restored by this ability. The reuse time for this ability has been increased to 10 minutes. The target requirements have been adjusted so that melee classes must be below 30% endurance and classes that use mana must be below 30% mana rather than any class being below 30% of either.
– Bard – Added a new self-targeted ability, Rallying Solo, which shares a timer with Rallying Call, but allows the bard to restore their own mana/endurance if they are below 30% mana.
– Bard – Fixed an issue that prevented Lure of the Siren’s Song from activating if your current target was immune to its effects.
– Beastlord – Corrected an issue that caused Group Bestial Alignment to be blocked if Group Bestial Alignment Form was blocked.
– Berserker – Removed the restrictions that prevented Blood Sustenance and Furious Rampage/Focused Furious Rampage from coexisting.
– Cleric – Consolidated Smite the Wicked to be ranks 30 and 34 of Turn Undead.
– Cleric – Quiet Miracle has been renamed Quiet Prayer and now consumes mana equal to the health/mana restored to the target. The ability now shares a timer with Veturika’s Perseverance. The amount of health/mana restored by Veturika’s Perseverance has been increased to 30,000. The reuse time of these abilities has been increased to 20 minutes.
– Cleric, Necromancer, Paladin – Refunded Sense the Dead.
– Druid – Consolidated Flight of Eagles to be rank 2 of Spirit of Eagle.
– Enchanter – Changed Project Illusion into a toggled passive ability.
– Enchanter – Rune of Banishment can no longer be focused for duration. Banishing Force, the defensive proc from Rune of Banishment, will now only push targets that are lower level than the caster.
– Enchanter – Scintillating Beam has been removed and its ranks consolidated into Beam of Slumber. These ranks will now cause Beam of Slumber to trigger increasing ranks of Somnolence and Scintillating Beam Root on each of the targets hit by Beam of Slumber.
– Enchanter – Removed the snare component from all ranks of Waking Nightmare, the recourse component of Noctambulate.
– Magician – Increased the HP:Mana return of Giant Modulation Shard from 30,000:10,000 to 37,500:12,500.
– Magician – Improved Reclaim Energy will now cause Reclaim Energy to return a percentage of the pet spell’s base mana cost rather than a percentage of the amount of mana used to summon the pet, which accounts for mana preservation.
– Magician – Extended the range of the pet fade component of Drape of Shadows from 350 to 10,000.
– Magician – Consolidated Virulent Talon to be ranks 23, 29-32, and 38-41 of Frenzied Burnout. Activating Frenzied Burnout now triggers the additional Virulent Talon buff. Adjusted the number of strikes triggered by Virulent Talon to account for the reduced reuse time.
– Monk – Made a number of significant changes to the following AA lines: Crippling Strike, Eye Gouge, Gouging Claws of the Jade Tiger, Master’s Hastened Combination, and Stunning Kick:
– – Eye Gouge has been changed into a passive ability named Resonant Strikes that will add an additional Tiger Claw attack to your Tiger Claw, Eagle Strike, or Dragon Punch (or Tail Rake) skill button presses.
– – Stunning Kick has been changed into a passive ability named Resonant Kicks that will add an additional Flying Kick attack to your Kick, Round Kick, or Flying Kick skill button presses.
– – Crippling Strike has been changed into a passive ability named Sweeping Kick that allows your Kick skill button presses to snare your target for 6 seconds.

– Necromancer – Added a 100 hit limit to both ranks of Embalmer’s Carapace and increased the damage dealt by rank 2 of Embalmer’s Curse from 1,500 every 6 seconds to 4,500 every 6 seconds.

– Rellix in Rivervale is now available when Gates of Discord unlocks.
– Clan RunnyEye drops that were added mid-2001 are now restricted to the unlocking of Velious. NPCs that drop Blackened Alloy items will drop Blackened Iron until Velious has unlocked.

– Pick Zone Improvement: The ability to /pick as a group has been added.
– – The Multiple Instance Choice window now has the option to pick as a group that the group leader can toggle.
– – You must be in the same pick instance as the group leader, be out of combat, and have no pick timer to pick as a group.
– Fixed a graphics bug that could cause the game to lock up and become non-responsive. This bug was most commonly encountered during the mission ‘A Rotten Heart’ in the Tower of Rot.
– Added a message at character select if characters are taking a long time to load.
– Players can now correctly invite others to password protected chat channels again.

– Uqua (Raid) – The door puzzle messages now use the Event Messages filter. The keys on the bench now look like keys instead of bags.

– Alternate Access: Qvic (Quest) – The Vial of Foul Toxins is now a right-clickable item that must be used near the water source in Yxtta. This change should help address problems with lag in Yxtta.
– Beastlord – An Epic Request – Corrected a bug that prevented your warder from being recognized during the event.

– Reduced the respawn time of The Sleep Walker in Plane of Valor.
– Corrected an issue where a number of NPCs were missing the rare creature designation. Ex: Tarris Ellarn, Shardwing, Elishia Blackguard, and Zed Sticklebush.
– Corrected an issue where a number of raid NPCs were missing the correct difficulty designations. Ex: Faydedar, Phinigel Autropos, and Venril Sathir.
– Corrected the consider message for a number of creatures that were not correctly reporting that ‘This creature looks relatively weak.’
– Many NPCs treated as bosses are now immune to memory blur and highsun effects and will exhibit boss pet tanking behavior. This change mostly affected bosses in Cazic-Thule 2.0 and Gates of Discord zones.
– Many NPCs in classic zones like Qeynos and Neriak are now wearing their robes and other chest items instead of merely carrying them.
– Lord Elgnub’s spawn time has been reduced to what it was in classic.

 

*** Progression Servers ***

– The tutorial will now unlock when Gates of Discord unlocks.
– Fippy, Vulak, Ragefire, and Lockjaw will now open at approximately 2pm Pacific time the Monday after a completed vote if the vote is successful.
– The Veeshan’s Peak revamp will open with Omens of War.

 

*** Miscellaneous ***

– Chests, boxes, and other containers in Lost Dungeons of Norrath adventures now have a chance to drop Adventure Points.
– When a chat channel is full, new channels will now properly spin up and add new players as needed.
– Pick zones with grouping have been improved.
– – When entering a zone, if you do not have a pick zone timer, you will be placed in the zone where all of your group members are and get a timer.
– – If your group members are not all in the same instance of the zone, you will be placed in the default zone and you will not get a timer.
– The command /outputfile missingspells should no longer list spells that cannot be scribed. Ex: Recourse spells triggered by spells that can be scribed.
– The commands /outputfile ‘spellbook’ and ‘missingspells’ have been updated:
– – These commands will now list combat abilities in addition to spells
– – Entries are now sorted by level and then alphabetically by spell name
– – Missingspells will now list the lowest rank you do not have. Ex: If you do not have any rank it will only list rank 1, if you have rank 2 it will only list rank 3.

– Fixed an issue that caused events that are not available on your current server to be displayed in the calendar window.
