Managed to finally move up to Level 99 for my Cleric.  Found a quick way to move him by 10% once every 5 hours.  It was a repeatable quest in Shard’s Landing that did the trick.  Running with an Adventures Potion for 1.5 times XP I was able to finish the quest with 30 minutes. I will try to get the same results for this level to hit 100.  If I find it is not working I will have to try something different.
